Minimum Qualifications 

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent 

• Pass a background check

• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer and typing skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

• Must be able to hear, speak clearly, and effectively communicate over telephone and radio systems

• Must be able to obtain required certifications (NCIC and any state-required dispatcher certifications) after employment if not already certified.
